Chapter 9 of Fliptown: The Lone Gun asked me to circle a chicken, cow, stagecoach, and train in the Badlands. That meant deliberately raising wanted early, surviving the sheriff, and somehow finding enough scoring after spending actions on the chapter checklist. I pushed through the session while dealing with a cough that had slowed down recording, then built toward a late trail and dynamite finish.
The sheriff showed an eight against my eight wanted, so I avoided arrest and kept the money I badly needed. My flush and end-game scoring brought the total to 84, exactly one point short of the 85 needed for two legendary points. I could see several better decisions immediately after scoring, which is always useful once itโs much too late.
Review Thoughts
I liked the way this goal forced me to use the Badlands broadly instead of only grabbing my favorite spaces. It made wanted feel like a resource I had to raise on purpose, then slowly defuse before it erased the run.
